  • Congratulations on making the first stride to start the process! The very first step would be to schedule a call or coffee date. From there, we can go over your timeline, current market, and next steps.

    My goal is to have you walk away with clarity and a game plan, and also see if we’re a good match to work together. If you need it, I'll be able to recommend a few vetted loan officers that will be able to get you pre-approved and ready for the house hunting.

    The truth is, not every lender finances condos, not every one does vacant land, and not every lender offers FHA or VA loans. After we talk, I'll be able to guide you in the right direction so you're not wasting your time at the wrong place.

  • Besides your down-payment, your "closing costs" are going to be things like your inspection fee, prorated property taxes & hoa dues. Fees that have to do with your loan & title, such as the loan origination fee, appraisal fee, loan points (if you're buying them), credit report, flood certification, homeowners' insurance, title settlement fees, and recording fees.

    This all depends on the location of the property, the title company you work with and the lender that you choose. The fees will vary county by county. I will recommend my clients to budget 2%-3% of the purchase price.

  • Finding a home can take as little as a week to a few YEARS for some.

    Once we find the perfect home and go under contract, the process typically takes about 30 days. If you are purchasing with cash, the process can be as little as a couple of weeks.

  • Start by reaching out for a pre-listing consultation. I’ll help you understand your home’s market value, the current market conditions, buyer psychology, and the next steps to take in order to get the highest possible price for your home.

  • Yes! Most people do. With a bit of prep and organization, we can make it show-ready without disrupting your life too much.

  • My fee is negotiable and depends on the time, effort and money that I believe I'll need to invest into the sale. I generally stay between 2%-3% but have also done a flat fee depending on the situation.
